I’m not super techy or anything, so I wasn’t sure how Kajabi was going to go at first. But it was easy to poke around and figure things out. The dashboard just kind of made sense, and I didn’t feel like I had to stop every two minutes to look something up. Setting up pages and emails was smoother than I expected too. I mean, there were still a few little things I had to learn as I went, but overall it saved me a lot of time and, yeah, just made the whole process way less stressful

"Good tools, but the pages feel a bit slow"
Kajabi has been good overall, actually. The tools work fine for what I need, but my site pages load slower than I expected, especially on mobile. It’s not terrible or anything, but it does feel a little heavy sometimes when I’m editing or opening different sections

"Checkout was surprisingly smooth"
I used Kajabi to set up the checkout for my course, it was much easier than I expected. The setup process was straightforward and didn’t take up a ton of time, which I appreciated. The payment page also looked clean and professional without me having to tweak a bunch of settings. A few customers even mentioned that buying was simple, so that was a big plus for me. Overall, I’m quite happy with how it’s been working so far

I was surprised by how simple it was to customize the pages!!! Everything felt straightforward, and I could make it look the way I wanted without getting frustrated!!!

"Onboarding helped, but the waiting was annoying"
The training videos definitely made getting set up way less confusing, and I didn’t feel stressed once I could actually get started. The only frustrating part was having to wait around before everything was ready, but after that the onboarding was smooth

After using it for a few weeks, I can say it’s made running my stuff so much easier. Before, I was jumping between different tools and getting confused way too often. Now I have what I need in one place, and my day-to-day feels a lot more manageable.

I found the builder smooth overall. You can get a page looking good without spending a ton of time tweaking things. Reading between the lines, it feels like it’s made for people who just want to move fast and get something polished up, not overcomplicate the whole process.

Kajabi has been solid for us. It connected with the tools we were already using, and the API access made it possible to hook up a few custom pieces without a huge headache. There have been a couple of small hiccups here and there, some of which felt preventable, but overall it’s saved me a lot of time and made the setup process way less stressful.

I’m really grateful for how simple Kajabi’s website builder has been to use. I was able to get my site looking clean without feeling overwhelmed, and the pages look good on mobile too. Making updates is quick, which has saved me a lot of time and stress

My site has been staying up pretty much every day, which has been a huge relief. There was one strange outage that stressed me out a bit, but overall it’s been solid and I’m happy with it.

"Mostly good for taking my course, but the slow app is frustrating"
I’ve been using kajabi as a student, and for the most part it’s been easy to use. The videos usually load fine, and I can find my lessons without much trouble. That said, the app does feel slow sometimes, which gets annoying when I’m just trying to get through a course. It’s not a huge issue overall, but I do feel like kajabi should at least acknowledge it and apologize for the inconvenience.

I’ve found the reports really easy to read, which feels only fair when you’re trying to understand what’s actually working. You don’t have to dig through a bunch of confusing screens to get the main points, and that makes it a lot easier to make decisions

"I thought Kajabi was expensive..."
I thought Kajabi was expensive at first, so I hesitated a bit.
Once I started using it for my site, emails, payments, and course setup, it felt more reasonable. Having it all in one place is just easier.
It’s still not cheap, but I’m getting enough out of it that it feels like a good deal.

"Payments were okay, just a little confusing"
I used Kajabi for taking payments on my course sales, and for the most part, it did what I needed it to do. That said, the setup wasn’t as straightforward as I hoped, and the fees/payout timing confused me a bit at first. Payouts also felt slower than I was expecting. Support did help me get it sorted out, but it took a few messages back and forth. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but I can’t say it felt totally smooth either. In the end, I stuck with it because it worked well enough.
